I'm going to tell you about a morning that didn't start well.

The cart wasn't cooperating. I won't bore you with the details, but anyone who runs a service business knows the feeling — equipment with its own agenda, a timeline getting tighter, and that low-grade anxiety that follows you out the door and into the car and doesn't let go until you're standing in front of the people you showed up for.

I pulled up to the building. Loaded everything up. Rode the elevator to the 5th floor. And the moment I pushed through those glass doors, before I could even get the cart fully through the entrance —

"Tee! I am so happy you are here."
