Coffee catering brings a full-service café experience directly to your event. Tee + Coffee Studio provides a mobile coffee cart setup with handcrafted espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha, chai, seasonal beverages, professional barista service, and everything needed to serve your guests.

What types of events do you cater?

We cater corporate events, office celebrations, employee appreciation events, weddings, private parties, brand activations, showers, birthdays, conferences, and special events throughout the Atlanta metro area.

What is included with your coffee cart service?

Most coffee cart packages include the mobile coffee cart setup, professional barista service, a curated drink menu, cups, lids, straws, napkins, syrups, milk options, setup, breakdown, and service for the agreed guest count and time frame.

Do you offer hot and iced drinks?

Yes. We offer both hot and iced beverages depending on the package, season, and event setup. Popular options include lattes, cold brew, chai, matcha, seasonal specialty drinks, and tea-based beverages.

Can we customize the drink menu?

Yes. Menus can be curated to match your event, season, theme, or brand. Private parties typically include up to 3 drink options. Additional drink flavors or specialty menu items may be added for an additional fee.

Do you offer non-coffee options?

Yes. We can include options such as chai, matcha, teas, seasonal refreshers, or other non-coffee beverages depending on your selected package.

Do you provide milk alternatives?

Yes. Standard dairy and non-dairy options are available. Oat milk is a popular choice and can be included based on your event needs.

Do you offer decaf?

Decaf may be available by request. Please request it when booking so we can plan your menu and inventory properly.

How much does coffee catering cost?

Pricing depends on guest count, service time, event type, location, staffing needs, and any custom add-ons. Our private event minimum investment starts at $500, and corporate coffee cart services are quoted based on the size and needs of the event.

Why does guest count affect pricing?

Guest count helps determine how much product, labor, prep time, and service support is needed. Larger events may require additional baristas, more supplies, and a more streamlined menu to keep service moving smoothly.

How long is coffee cart service?

Most events include up to 2 or 3 hours of active coffee service, depending on the package. Additional service time may be available for an added fee.

Can I book for only one hour?

Our minimum service time is 2 hours. Even if your event only needs one hour of active service, the pricing remains based on the minimum because setup, breakdown, prep, travel, and staffing are still required.

How early do you arrive for setup?

We typically arrive 75–90 minutes before service begins to load in, set up the cart, prep ingredients, test equipment, and make sure everything is ready before guests arrive. Setup time is separate from active service time.

How much space do you need?

We typically need approximately a 6’x6’ space for the coffee cart setup. A flat, accessible area close to power is best.

What power is required?

We require access to a standard outlet on a reliable circuit. Espresso service requires proper power, so outlet access must be confirmed before the event. If your venue has limited power, please let us know during booking so we can discuss options.

Can you serve outdoors?

Outdoor service may be available depending on weather, power access, surface type, and event setup. For outdoor events, shade or tent coverage is strongly recommended to protect the equipment, drinks, and service area.

Do you travel outside Atlanta?

Yes. We serve Atlanta and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

Do you offer corporate coffee catering?

Yes. Corporate coffee catering is one of our specialties. We serve office events, employee appreciation days, meetings, conferences, brand activations, open houses, and client-facing events.

Can you handle conferences or large events?

Yes, depending on the guest count, timeline, venue access, and staffing needs. For larger events, we may recommend a simplified menu and additional barista support to keep the line moving efficiently.

How many drinks can you serve per hour?

Service speed depends on the menu, guest count, drink complexity, and number of baristas. For larger events, we may adjust the menu or staffing to help keep service smooth.

Do you offer custom branding?

Yes. Custom branding may be available for corporate events, weddings, and brand activations. Options may include custom menu signage, branded cups or stickers, and styled cart elements. Branding add-ons are quoted separately.

Do you provide custom cups?

Custom cups or cup stickers may be available as an add-on. Lead time is required, so please request custom items early in the booking process.

Can you match my event theme or colors?

Yes. We can create a curated menu and light visual touches that align with your event style, brand colors, or celebration theme. Custom styling may require an additional fee.

Do you offer bottled lattes?

Yes. Bottled lattes may be available for bulk orders, guest favors, office treats, or as an add-on to your coffee cart service.

Do you offer drop-off coffee service?

Our main focus is full-service coffee cart catering. Bottled drinks may be available for pickup, delivery, or event add-ons depending on availability and order size.

Do you stay for the whole event?

We stay for the agreed service window listed in your invoice or proposal. Once active service is complete, we begin breakdown unless additional time has been added in advance.

What happens if we need more service time?

Additional service time may be available if our schedule allows. Extra time must be approved and may be billed at the additional hourly rate.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A retainer is required to secure your event date. Your date is not officially reserved until payment is received.

When is the final balance due?

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. Payment confirms your event details and agreement to the service terms.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for corporate events, weddings, weekends, and holiday dates. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our calendar.

How do I book Tee + Coffee Studio?

Start by submitting an inquiry with your event date, location, guest count, event type, and service needs. From there, we’ll confirm availability and provide the best package or custom quote for your event.

Do you do pop-up events?

Tee + Coffee Studio is primarily a catering-based coffee cart service. We do not accept general pop-up opportunities unless they are a strong fit for the brand, pricing, location, and expected return.

Do you offer sell-by-cup service?

We are catering-focused and do not typically offer sell-by-cup service. Select daytime opportunities may be considered if they align with our brand, audience, and revenue goals.
